Contrary to previous advice, the government have now confirmed that the use of NCC 2022 is not permitted (without Performance Solutions) until it is formally adopted in 2023. Key adoption dates as follows:-
𝟭 𝗠𝗔𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 – NCC (BCA) 2022 is officially adopted (Livable Housing + new Energy Efficiency & Condensation Mitigation requirements remain optional)
𝟭 𝗢𝗖𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 – Livable Housing + new Energy Efficiency & Condensation Mitigation requirements become mandatory
